5. Screening Requirements

For the safety and comfort of both parties, screening is mandatory. I accept any of the following:

• A selfie holding your government-issued ID (with sensitive numbers hidden)

• A verified LinkedIn profile

• A reference from a reputable, established companion

• Exceptionally, an email from your work domain

Failure to provide screening information will result in the booking request being declined.

6. Deposits & Cancellations

• A deposit is required to secure all bookings and is non-refundable.

• More than 48 hours’ notice: Deposit may be applied to another date within 60 days.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: Deposit is forfeited.

• 24 hours or less: 100% of the total fee is due.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and at my discretion.

7. Conduct & Right to Refuse

I reserve the right to decline or terminate communication, bookings, or ongoing arrangements at my sole discretion, without explanation, if a client displays disrespectful, aggressive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior. In such cases, any deposit paid will be forfeited. Persistent harassment, boundary violations, or failure to follow booking requirements may result in permanent refusal of future contact.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. All information provided — whether for screening, correspondence, or planning — will remain confidential and used solely for the purposes of arranging our meeting. It will never be sold, traded, or shared except when required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, images, design, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Camila Hart and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
